The controller:
This tool enables users to adjust the Z axis using Thorlabs components and 3D printing. It is designed for implementation in microscopes, lasers, and other precision instruments.
This was made to work on any optical breadboard, and to make it work you will need a Thorlabs pole, two 8mm rods, two 12 mm. magnets, the Z-Axis controller, and in this case XY controller.
For adapting the pieces you can copy the original files and make your own version with our online CAD software. Check our Instagram video to see more of how it works.
