I've always wanted a 3D printable robotic hand, and I know you have too.

A while back I decided to take a stab at designing a wire controlled hand. I never got it right, and I'm not sure I have the background to finish it. Here are my basic parts and design files. I am posting them so other people might be inspired to work on this problem. The design files have become unwieldy so I would start from scratch.

You can print, clean, and assemble the hand, and even thread wires ( I would recommend steel or some strong cord ). Unfortunately, the physics won't work out and there aren't enough control points, so you won't be able to do anything interesting besides spray paint it silver and use it (immobile) in your next terminator costume.
