I designed this hinge in Blender for my Narnia booknook as I couldn't find any small enough for the project. It uses a 1/32" brass rod (available from K&S Precision Metals #8160)).

Initially I used Anycubic Grey resin in my Anycubic Photon Mono SE which worked ok but could break or fracture if the hinge was twisted.

I also tried a combination of Anycubic Grey and SuperFlex resin which again was ok but also had some breakages/fracturing.

Your results will vary depending on resin, print times and curing time.

I HIGHLY recommend using PHROZEN ONYX Impact Plus resin which gives a rock-solid result with no breakages or fracturing. It's really worth the extra cost.

The door was made of two sheets of 1/16" basswood giving an overall width of 1/8" (the width of the hinge). A cutaway was cut into the door and a slot drilled into the cutaway. The hinges were Super-glued into the slot. The door-frame is 1/8" basswood and was cut and slotted in a similar fashion.

The hinges were painted with acrylic metallic brass paint.
