A small d20 inspired dice tower. I saw "Dice Tower Shaped Dice tower" (https://www.printables.com/model/863751-dice-tower-shaped-dice-tower) and wanted something similar, but D20 shaped, that could be printed in one go on my Voron v0.2.

This is small enough to fit within the 120 x 120 x 120 build volume, but large enough to be used with the standard dice sets.
