Ghigliottina per TPFE Un'altra taglierina per tagliare correttamente i tubetti in PFFE da 4 mm (OD). Questa taglierina, utilizzando una lama da cutter per moquette, permette di tagliare alla perfezione i tubetti in PTFE e inoltre, reinserendo al contrario il tubetto nella taglierina e portandolo a battuta con l'inseritore in metallo (un heatbreker lungo 23 mm), permette la sua cinfrinatura in modo da evitare ogni impuntamento quando si inserisce il fiamento nel gruppo di estrusione. Stampato in PETG ha funzionato egregiamente ed il suo funzionamento credo sia chiaro guardando le figure allegate.

Oltre al PETG servono: 1x lama da cutter per moquette (quelle trapezoidali); 1x heatbreaker da 23 mm di lunghezza; 4x inserti M3 (lunghezza 5 mm, dimetro 4 mm); 4x viti M3x8 mm; 2x molle da 9mm di diametro, lunghezza 20 mm e diametro del filo 0,6 - 0,8 mm *; 2x viti M5 x 45 mm; 2x rondelle M5; 2x dadi ciechi M5; 1x punta da centraggio da 1,5 mm (diametro del corpo = 4 mm);

• le molle possono essere anche stampate ma funzionano peggio di quelle in acciaio armonico.

informazioni di stampa: filamento PETG; ugello 0,4 mm; supporti non necessari; gonna/orlo: possono servire in caso di scarsa aderenza del pezzo al piatto di stampa.

Guillotine for TPFE Another cutter to correctly cut 4 mm (OD) PFFE tubes. This cutter, using a carpet cutter blade, allows you to cut PTFE tubes perfectly and also, by reinserting the tube in the cutter backwards and bringing it to the stop with the metal inserter (a 23 mm long heatbreaker), allows its crimping in order to avoid any jamming when inserting the wire into the extrusion group. Printed in PETG it worked very well and I think its operation is clear by looking at the attached figures.

In addition to the PETG you need: 1x carpet cutter blade (the trapezoidal ones); 1x 23 mm long heatbreaker; 4x M3 inserts (length 5 mm, diameter 4 mm); 4x M3x8 mm screws; 2x springs 9mm diameter, length 20mm and wire diameter 0.6 - 0.8mm *; 2x M5 x 45mm screws; 2x M5 washers; 2x M5 cap nuts; 1x 1.5mm centering bit (body dia = 4mm);

• springs can also be printed but work worse than spring steel ones.

printing information: PETG filament; 0.4mm nozzle; no supports needed; skirt/brim: can be used in case of poor adhesion of the piece to the print bed.
