Decorative two piece Asian inspired lantern with geometric design. Different variant of my other lantern. Designed to print without support.

Print out both pieces. Designed to work without support.

Hints:
-The bottom would look great with .25mm layers, 2 perimeters and low infill. Because of its shallow slope, the top would work better with under .25mm layers, 3 perimeters and low infill.
-The columns of the geometric design can get sheared off by the nozzle, especially at smaller scales, and especially if your slicer does the perimeters first and then comes back to infill them solid. I had to revise the design several times to make them stronger.
-The top is supposed to snap onto the base, but you may have to scrape some plastic away once printed to get the proper clearances.
-Check out the attached sketchup file. The geometric design is its own component and can be edited independently. Changing just one panel will update all 6 automatically.
-The STLs were processed through netfabb so should be error free. Check out http://cloud.netfabb.com/
