1/4",1/2", 3/4", 1" Chisel protector caps

After spending hours of honing your favorite chisels to a mirror polish, the last thing you want is for them to come in to contact with anything thats not wood. Like a metal table, concrete floors, your finger... abs plastic is the perfect material that won't mar your finish, will protect the blade and prevent accidents. Do yourself and your wood buddies a favor and print some of these bad boys to keep your edges razor sharp!

Print laying down on the back side

Each size has a tolerance of .004"to ensure smooth sliding

For other sizes:
MEASURE your chisels with an accurate caliper and stretch file along x axis to other unique sizes (i've include the original cad file, ask if you need other formats). obviously use the interior dimension of the cap.
