Note: I apologise for the delay writing this part, my house cat is upset with me that I got an office based job and so Mon-Thur my office is the trigger for a world of pain and no sleep.

So here is another part of my generation 3 swords, this is the 120cm long blade claymore, the largest of the bunch. with all of my sword designs I design them with a channel running through the centre to add strength so that they don't rely the pure strength of the filament, obviously it's less obvious on a blade this size, but going above 50cm some swords I've printed get super wobbly or just snap. On this size it does get pretty heavy

This has 2x 13mm channel running through the centre, which I use a 12mm wooden dowel which you can pick up from most hardware stores, I've been told 1/2 inch fits too,

Because this has the curved handle design there are two spacers for the grip, the larger goes towards the blade, the smaller goes towards the pommel.

Planning on starting to properly, sand, fill, sand again, prime, and paint the sword this weekend, so I'll update the photos when done.

I have lots ideas for asymmetrical blade designs and started on my first katana design which will be on patreon soon i hope. and I really want to do some more axes and maces
