I have a handful of different rings that are roughly 25mm in diameter.

These are meant to be a physical representation when a character is effected by some condition in-game such as exhaustion, poisoned, blinded, etc. (DnD 5e)

you can throw these rings over a character so you don't have to remind players who has what condition!

These are unlabeled so you can write any condition you wish under the rings.
