Edit: first edit within 30 mins. This design has a 7mm core running through the middle designed for a 6mm wooden dowel or I think 1/4 inch would work too. For better blade alignment glue the blade together first then leave to dry then move towards the pummel.

Oh it's been a while, so so so long, so my rambles are back. but I've spent the last 3 months working on a new set of swords of multiple lengths. Whilst I do like doing this I am super unemployed so have put a few things behind a paywall, but I feel that I should still release things for free. So over time I will be releasing each of the 8 blade sizes from 18cm Dagger to 120cm Claymore, but on patreon you'll be able to get access to them earlier and if you'd like to help support you'll get access to the more blade styles and a few more guards, grips and pummels (hope to end up with 10 of each in the next few months).

This Model is my Long Dagger, with a 30cm blade and one of my favourite pummel designs I've done. the blades are now designed to have a unique topography over their length rather than a repeated section. I was going to be cruel but have decided to give away free the pieces that I'd want to print and not the more boring simple designs, and those that were popular with the older generations.

I am in the process of finishing off the Long Swords, Broad Swords & the Claymore. and they'll be released slowly over time on here, purely because the search function isn't that great. so pop over to Patreon for early releases as a free member, basic pay gives you all the files for playing around, or if you want to sell models if you're lucky for a rennaisance faire near you that you think you might get profit selling there is a license level too. patreon/affini3

After I've finished with these I'm going to do a few quick projects like a katana or two, a few more maces and axes and what I can't wait for some asymmetrical blades.
