Print one of each of them. Glue the bottom into the top (There's a notch to help it not move while the glue sets). Set the rack into the base.   I found this rotating design by ATWGoodman (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1836318) but wanted something that wasn't as large.

I found this design by ChaosCore (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1847084) but the model needed a bearing to work.

I loved the form of ChasCore and the simple rotating design from ATWGoodman and mashed them together. I modeled them all from scratch in fusion. I'm working on smoothing out the top so there aren't so many marks from the supports.
