Modelo 3D Frames CTr - OpenSource Designs por CTrFrames no Thingiverse

Descrição

A quick presentation of all the models:

The Spire frame is the main model from which the Tough and the Frog will be created lately. Designed for cinematic flights, it is the lightest frame of the CTr family, featuring a sharper design and optimizing weight to the maximum, but without compromising structural rigidity.

The Tough frame was born from the Spire model, after the need to include in the list of models a reinforced frame adapted to freestyle. Designed for hard freestyle, it has an adapted and reinforced design for this purpose but optimizing the weight to the maximum, without compromising the structural rigidity of the whole.

The Frog frame was born from the Spire model, after the need to include in the list of models a frame with the characteristic that the props are not visible in the FPV feed. Designed for a cinematic flights, it has a design adapted to not show the props, optimizing the weight to the maximum but without compromising the structural rigidity of the frame.

The Centollo frame was born from the Spire model, after the need to include a larger frame adapted to the long-range. Designed for a longer distance cinematic, it has a design adapted for this purpose but optimizing the weight to the maximum, without compromising the structural stiffness of the whole or increasing its size enormously, and this is why blades are only up to 6" allowed.

All CTr designs feature a Sandwich arms-locking design, where the arms fit together with a center piece milled at the ends where the legs are inserted, providing greater rigidity and thus helping to reduce the resonance of the assembly.

In addition, this system allows the legs to be isolated from the rest of the electronics, with through- screws for the stack, thus achieving an isolation between the electronics and the structure.

This model is compatible with 20mm cameras, perfect for the DJI system, and adaptable to 19mm cameras with a small 3D printed supplement of 0.5mm on each side (available at Thingiverse).

The model is compatible with electronics of all mounting patterns:

• 20x20mm M3 adaptable to M2. • 25.5x25.5mm M2. • 30.5x30.5mm M3.

At the back, it has holes for a 20x20mm stack/video transmitter, with M2 holes.

The frame is compatible with motors that have a 16x16 mounting pattern, as well as those with cross mounts, and blades up to 5.2".

""CTr Frames was born in Galicia (Spain) with the purpose of collecting the needs of the FPV community when choosing a frame.

Nowadays, it is part of the pilots association Rotor.gal, to which the designer of the models belongs, where we still working on improving the models.""
