This is my first mod for CraftBot.

I'm creating a custom front door without any drilling for my CraftBot to enable me to print in ABS.

The goal of the design is to use as little tools as possible while trying to conform to the look of my CraftBot.

I have also designed the door handle with built-in magnet for ease of opening/closing the door.

You would need to adjust the length of the door frame in the slicer to fit around the acrylic sheet to keep it sealed better. You can also omit it, but it will leave some gap between the panel and the CraftBot.

The hinges are for left side mount. You can mirror image the model in your slicer if you want to mount it on the right side.

Please feel free to change the design to suit your need. :-)

3. M5 0.8 x 40mm alloy metric socket set screws (2 pcs).
   This is used to connect the two parts hinge. The door swings around it.

4. M3 x 12mm socket screws (2pcs). This connects the hinge to the CraftBot.

Some solvent glue to hold the acrylic sheet to the hinge.

I used Plastruct PLS00002 to bond the ABS hinges to the acrylic sheet. It bonds quite well.
