This is a microscope 360 lens. Its made to attach on an 28mm lens. It rotates 360 giving a view from the side in a slight angle.
You'll need an M4 screw, an bearing with 42mm outer and 30mm inner and two mirrors.
Use first surface mirrors otherwise you'll get an ghosting effect
