As part of my A320 Flight Control Unit Project, I needed some push-pull Rotary Encoders. I searched for these and came across an Aircraft Parts supplier who could provide them for around $800—not going to happen.
Then I trawled through countless sites that proclaimed to have fixed this problem, and while some looked promising, they all had issues that I wasn't happy with.
What I wanted was an enclosed package, with minimal wiring concerns and reliable functionality with extra springs, and multiple parts or CNC work.
So, opening FreeCAD, I designed my own.
PM me if you want the FreeCad files.
I printed these on a Neptune 3, and was pretty aggressive with the infill, as I wanted strength and longevity. I also used PETG, for the same reasons.
The Rotary Encoders and tact switches you can get from Amazon

And the PETG I used was Overture Black PETG, again, on Amazon

I love donations, they help me keep designing and (more importantly) pay for the filament.
