Use this set of templates to mark out the concrete road gutters for a 1-in-20 scale layout. The nominal height of the gutter/sidewalk is 3mm. You may rescale the templates to suit your requirements.

The following files are provided:

1. Corner Radius - to mark out street corner for cutting - nominal radius of 37.5mm, 90 degree corner.
2. Corner Gutter - to mark out curved gutter on sidewalk and roadway levels - markings at 15 degree increments. Use marking divisions that you require.
3. Straight Gutter - 100mm and 200mm lengths, use longest you can print - for marking out gutter on sidewalk and roadway levels - markings at 50mm intervals.

Print in the default orientation - largest flat surface on machine bed. Supports are not required.

To use in your diorama:

1. Cut straight sections of your sidewalk.
2. Using the corner radius template, mark out and cut the sidewalk corners.
3. Smooth the edges using sandpaper and glue the sidewalk sections to your baseboard. Allow glue to set.
4. Use the templates to mark the division between the gutter and the road/sidewalk. Use a thin HB pencil - a 0.5mm clutch pencil is ideal.
5. Mark out the transverse lines.
6. Use a Dremel (or equivalent, saw, file, knife, chisel, etc.) to engrave the marked lines.
7. Add physical wear and tear on your diorama.
8. Apply texture and paint to the road and sidewalk.
