Believe it or not, these are becoming the most popular thing coming out of my ToM right now.

Use Google Sketch up to create a circle. Raise it a bit then add 3d text with the person's name. Put a box around the name and lower the box so the text is flush with the top of the coaster. Watch out when printing with a raft as it can easily get too big for the ToM's platform.
