It's the 3.2 inch version of ESP32 LVGL board on the link below. Ports and buttons are exposed on the sides, print front and back for minimal enclosure, binding holes tapped for M3 cap screws.

The other STL's are for 18650 Lithium battery holder with buzzer, planning to just stick it on the car dashboard as I'm currently playing with BLE OBD2 with this neat capacitive screen. Also found some useful docs here http://pan.jczn1688.com/1/ESP32%20module
