I modified another version of this to fit wider tubes and made the slit
larger, this should work on most squeezable tubes.

Tooth paste squeezer, I modified it and made it a little longer and the
opening a little bit bigger so it can accommodate different width tubes. I used PLA set at 180c for the extruder and a heated bed at 65c with a extruding speed set to 110mm/s and non extrusion speed set to
150mm/s done at .20mm
