there are 3 dice in one set: 1 foot 1 hand 1 movement those three can be combined or used separately

a separate 'hard dice', usually used on its own or in combination with one (or two) of the other set

to keep them apart, there are 2 files so you can print in different colours

make sure to have a minimum of 15% infill, otherwise they are too lightweight and are not rolling very nicely.

How to train with them:

movement dice:

gnome: climb super small rocket: climb super fast snail: climb with has slow movements as possible no hands: climb with no hands / or hands not on holds frog: keep the feet together robot: only move either the leg OR the arm OR the body. Between the movements has to be a stop. the rest of the body is not allowed to move.

'hard dice' (black in the picture)

-1: climb up, climb down, climb up -1 hold, climb down -1 hold, climb up -2 holds... 10 sec: every time a hold is touched wait 10 sec before putting load on man: twisting, every single time the hand goes up no feet: climb with no feet / or feet not on holds clapping: with every hand movement: let go with both hands, clap, new hand position hand foot: foot has to always touch the hold that the hand wants to use / foot is only allowed to use the hold the hand was using before
