This is a R2 dome that I have been working on for a while. It is designed for our students in the robotics program at Idaho State University. The download is in Autocad 2013 format. It has all of the parts to make it functionable. It is designed for HS-81 and HS-322HD servo foot prints. I have printed it and am working on the controls right now. Instruções

I printed it on a Dimension 1200es printer and cut the dome into 4ths. Each peice took about 51 hours to print and 25 to 30 cu in of model material and about the same in support. The dome on the file is solid so you can cut it how you want too. I used 4-40 bolts for the mounting holes with nylon bolts. I used two lenghts: 3/8 and 1-1/4" The lazy susan is from: http://www.woodcraft.com. The size of the lazy susan is 17-5/16". The springs for the doors are from mcmaster, part number 9654K31.
