Hard Case Label

This is a customizable label for a variety of hard cases. This is for the "dovetail" style labels commonly used amongst pelican cases.

Using the customizer

With the customizer, you'll need to define 3 variables:

• case_number
  • This determines the dimensions of the label, see the list in "Cases Currently Supported"
• top_string
  • The string of text on the top line of the label
• bottom_string
  • The string of text on the bottom line of the label

Cases Currently Supported:

• Case Number 1
  • Pelican 1400
  • Pelican 1500
  • Pelican 1550
  • Pelican 1600
• Case Number 2
  • Pelican 1460
  • Pelican 1560
  • Pelican 1610
  • Pelican 1620
  • Pelican 1660
  • Pelican 1720
  • Apache 9800
• Case Number 3
  • Pelican 1620
• Case Number 4
  • Pelican 1470
• Case Number 5
  • Apache 2800
  • Apache 3800
  • Apache 4800

It is possible your case might use the same label dimensions of one of the cases already on this list. If you have a case not on the list, and you find one of these labels work, please let me know in the comments and I will update the list.

Using Custom Label Dimensions

The customizer supports using your own label dimensions. To use custom label dimensions, make sure the "use custom label dimensions" box is switched to "true".

Dimensions needed:

• top width
• bottom width
• height
• thickness
