This adapter is specifically designed to take the wall mount that comes with the Lighthouse 2.0 (which would come with the Valve Index), and convert it to be hung using a command hook. It should fit most command hook sizes, especially the ones with the fatter hook (as you see in the picture).

THIS DOES NOT SUPPORT THE MOUNT THAT COMES WITH LIGHTHOUSE 1.0 THE SCREW POSITIONS ARE DIFFERENT!! (feel free to remix this to fix that ;), I don't own that mount anymore)

Everything (including the screws) that came with the lighthouse is used with this adapter. To install, use the screws that came with the base station to screw in the mount into the adapter. Install a command hook in your desired location, then hang the adapter to the hook.

Keep in mind that the holes for the screws are just large enough for screws, and it will be a tight fit.

For those wondering, this is designed to be hung using the command hooks because the strips are designed to work with those hooks, which I have found to be much more reliable and won't fall off. Using an adapter designed with just the command strip has shown to be unreliable and risky. This design has been tested for more than 2 weeks and there have been no issues with adhesion or falling off.
