This is a tool I've designed to track how many rounds a multi-round Spell has been active. You only need a d10 for the 1-minute counter or a d100 for the 10-minute. The name card dimensions are 55.5 mm wide, 11.5 mm, and 3mm deep. For the text, just import the bar into Tinkercad and fiddle around with the text function until you like it!
