Descrição
Base for mason jar fairy lights. My wife didn't like the dome one on the left in the picture. Note that the bar in the middle means the ligts or the cable will twist while fashioning this.
.3mf files created with Mcirosoft 3D Builder. Can be imported into Prusa Slicer. I think the V2 STL has an exclusion zone so that supports are only created in the box are not created for the threads. The picture with the square base with the light shining through is a V1 version with no front panel and printed with no supports. You can see a version of this model created here https://youtu.be/aFF3mHo4--c
- ball jar lid on box- The base without a front modesty panel. Has a little fancy edge on the inside edge of the open spaces The version shown in the picture next to the dome light.
- ball jar lid on box v2 - The base with a front modesty panel. You can emboss words onto the pane using 3D Builder. Has a little fancy edge on the inside edge of the open spaces.
- ball jar lid on box v3 - The base with a front modesty panel. You can emboss words onto the pane using 3D Builder. Flat front. No fancy edge.
Supports are needed inside the box and not on the threads. I created a mandatory support zone in the box in one of the STL files and set the slicer to put supports only where mandated.
The thread component came from https://www.printables.com/model/407417-mason-jar-lid-thread-source-files/files
