This 3D model was created by me based on the latest public information available regarding the pre-production Aptera Delta version.

This multi-part version is designed to be printed with different colors of filament for a more realistic look with no post-processing. The use of Silver Silk PLA for the middle body section closely mimics the silver surface of Delta but can be challenging to print with. Gluing of individual parts is required, 3D Gloop is recommended. This model can be printed two ways, one with solid windows or one with open windows and an interior, both STL versions are provided.

The STLs are sized for 1:24 scale which is the minimum recommended size for the open window version on FDM. The solid window version has a minimum recommended size of 120mm in length on FDM. Parts should be printed in the orientation stored in the STL and the use of a raft is required for some pieces. Some body parts have designed in print supports which need to be cut off prior to assembly.

For the version with the open windows, it is up to the user to go their own route if a clear windshield and windows are desired. An STL is provided to use as a buck for the windshield if vacu-forming is something you want to try.
