The larger one is used to pack the flower and the smaller one is used to push filters at the tip inwards to tighten the front end. After pushing the tip in more, burn the paper hanging off. The holder is mounted on the side of my desk with command hook tape. Both packers are tight-fitting in the holder, I was planning on adding more tolerance to it but I got lazy and just scrape it a little with a knife. I'm not sure what I printed it at but 15-25 percent in fill should be good enough.
