This wall hook is designed to be used with the large 3M Command Strips.

You just apply the Command Strip to the narrower face of the Wall Plate, apply to the wall, and slide the hook over to the plate while keeping the pull tab hidden.

I added notches to the Wall Plate to assist with centering and positioning at the point where the item will hang at the base of the hook.

For the best strength, I recommend printing the hook on its side, with supports on, and a brim for stability. If you really want to max out the hook strength, go for 4 or 5 walls/perimeters, and 50%+ infill.
