Ender 3 Z-Axis bracket

I originally made this because I installed the Sprite Extruder on my Ender 3 V2. Due to the size increase, I was having issues with the extruder hitting the bracket on the right side of the gantry. This cuts that unneeded space out in the bracket for a perfect fit.
