Descrição
Earplugs for silicone tips, with a case
You will also need:
- Silicone Eartips from old in-ear earphones (most of them will work)
- A section of 8 mm in length of a 1 mm diameter paper clip (not necessary if you are only printing the earplugs)
- 2 spheres from a skate ball bearing (optional) (can also be swapped by similar size magnets)
- 2 5 mm x 1.5 mm cylindrical magnets (optional)
- 2 Small magnets with a maximum diameter and height of 4.2 mm by 2.3 mm (optional)
The ball bearings are supposed to be glued into the spherical recess inside the case, where it will contact the bottom of the earplug where the magnet is. The 5 mm by 1.5 mm magnets can be press fit inside the eartips after they are in place. The paper clip section is used as an axis for the lid. It is supposed to be inserted mid-print in the box, where it can be moved sideways after the lid is in place (it will be clearer while slicing). The remaining two magnets are also inserted mid-print in the lid part and in the box. Any magnet that fits the holes can be used (also clearer while slicing)
I printed with a 0.16 mm layer height. Disable supports and enable bridging in the slicer.
