Print each part, see print instructions. Cut away the wall from the beard with a knife. Assemble the parts and then use a hair dryer/hot air gun to slowly heat up the beard while you use a hand to form it (use lowest setting). It's also possible to use warm water. Be careful not to burn yourself.

Tip: put the hair dryer on the edge of a table so you can use both hands.

After you have formed the beard, you can use scissors to make some final adjustments.

The base of the hat is symmetric so you can print a mirrored version if you want some variation.
