A cat size toy ball with small balls printed inside. I wanted one that would print the balls inside and the outer shell in one print, so I made my own.

I printed it using the Makerware medium profile. (After all it's a cat toy, how long do you want to wait?) :) After the print is done knockout the balls from the holes. I found a springloaded center puch does a good job of that. Toss it on the floor in front of your cat.

I have printed it at different scales just to see how well it worked. Abviously 100% is great. 75% also worked well. 50% so-so. The ball in the bottom hole was fused too tightly to break it free. As I am writing this I realized that if I had rotated the toy to have one of the open holes on the bottom, the 50% would probably have worked also.
