Open Frame 1 case designed to be bolted together using m3 screws (#6 should work as well if you want to try that)

Top Halves should be printed at .2 layer height to avoid stringing of the switch plate

Raspberry Pi Pico should be soldered without pin headers as the headers would interfere with the bottom halves (if you really want to use headers maybe you can use flush cutters to trim excess, but that's on you)
