Inspired by It Doesn't Have to Look Like Raspberry Pi Zero Case - kudos!

After reconstruction work I added:

• an abstract RGB ATARI logo
• shaft cutout for GPIO pins
• Memory heat sink cutout (unfortunately a bit off from the actual memory center but enough for transferring heat properly, it's more esthetics...

Print Settings

The model was printed at 208° (Nozzle) and 50° (build plate heat).

• Nozzle size: 0.4mm.
• Path width: 0.35mm.
• Layer height: 0.15mm
• Raft height does not matter but should be used to protect the outter shell during remove.

RGB Support

You can download my python library GPIObench to the raspberry (will work from scratch) in that folder run for instance "python3 rainbow.py" and specify the pins (default: 3.3V, R=2, G=3, B=4). You can then specify to start this script during boot by opening "sudo crontab -e" and adding the start command above at the end.
