I don't have the parts glued in the image. But it does have a nice flush fitting when put together.

I used 20mm height with 10% infill w/raft. Worked just fine for me.
Scale the size of all parts to about 1000% if you want to have a full sized version. (obviously the .stl s that say parts, the others won't fit)
