This is a complete redesign of thing 4170231.

This is a complete fan duct for the Ender 3 style series of printers. Extremely compact and efficient and guaranteed to outperform any other single 5015 style fan duct. This is setup specifically to work with the Dragonfly BMS, and stock Ender 3 series hotends.

Final design is 60mm wide without BLTouch, and 80mm with.

Flow simulations and data aside, what I am most proud of with this design, other than its excellent airflow and cooling, is that it is specifically designed not to alter default offsets from the stock fan shroud, at all.

Extensive testing also proved that printing a 15 minute Benchy suffered no lack of cooling!

UPDATE: Added a version (GSdetechable in the files) with a magnetic fan duct for easier replacement of nozzles, and if your fan duct melts a bit over time, this makes it easier to just print the fan duct by itself rather than replacing the entire unit and throwing off your Leveling Probe (when printing the GS_detachable_grey_squirrel_duct, flip it on its backside for proper printing, sorry i didnt orient it correctly. .

(USE RS_clamp for default ender 3 mounting bracket, and the Grey Squirrel Clamp if youre using proper printings "Quick Tool Change" mounting bracket)
