I felt that the earlier remix was a bit clunky and had unnecessary areas that used up filament for no structural benefit.

I also removed one touching area, and beefed up the spring still more. I've tested it with a large wet towel, and it stays pinned.

I actually needed some clothespins, and figured I may as well make ones I liked. :-)

Kudos to the source makers. I can't design poo, but I can ruin someone else's design like nobody's business.
