Click on the button "Open in Customizer"
Follow the instructions included in the MakerBot Customizer. As you edit each field pay attention to some of the comments.
Look over you creation carefully - there are some combination of values which will make a vase where the loops are too small to print, or are not connected to other parts. Consider using the Emboss feature connect these bits together or add more loops.
