This is a switch cover designed specifically for the Epomaker TH80/Keydous NJ80. The insert slots in place of the page up and page down switches/keycaps. It still requires some finishing as well as you'd likely want to fill in the cutouts to diffuse the light from below. In a pinch, I just cut a strip of paper (used a white adhesive backed label) and stuck it to the underside to take the photo of it installed on the keyboard.
