6 coasters in a Beatles theme with a coaster holder.

These files were cut on a laser cutter.

The coasters consist of a layer of cork, glued on top of a piece of 2mm MDF. The cork is very cheap if you buy it in IKEA (http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/40281654/). The engraved parts of the coasters are created by using the laser engraver software to convert the contours to a line pattern. I used 500 lines/inch.

The coaster holder is designed for 3mm MDF and should be glued together.
