I needed to fix a broken Crank Handle on a Craftsman Drill Press. This knob raises and lowers the table. This is my first design from scratch. I thought about designing a proper crank handle, but decided for a first attempt I should start simple.

I printed this out on a Printrbot Simple Metal in PLA. As it was originally meant as a prototype ( just to see if the dimensions were right ) the infill was set to 20% just to save on print time. It should really be a little more solid, but it works as is for me. When I break it, I'll redesign it and print a V2.
