Descrição
I designed this lamp for my study (Industrial Design Engineering @ TU Delft). It is a desk lamp consisting of only 3D printed parts and aluminium extrusion (square tube). Due to the easy to modify 3D printed parts and the not hard to come by aluminium extrusion, the lamp can be altered with little effort.
Instruções
Print all parts at desired resolution (I printed them with 0.1mm layer height and a 0.5mm nozzle). Begin with printing one part to check if the part fits. Scale if necessary.
Cut the aluminium extrusion to its desired length and optionally apply a surface finish. Keep in mind that paint will add extra thickness to the extrusion. Also drill the holes for the rivets and cables.
secure all parts with rivets.
I used a 20 watts halogen lamp for the prototype. DO NOT use such a powerful lamp in such small lampshade. In the new version I'm using LED as light source.
