Aidez-vous de la vidéo pour mesurer le doigt. La bague se met sur l'auriculaire de la main gauche sur la première phalange à partir de la main. Le point d'acuponcture doit être pressé au milieu de la phalange.

Attention: Si vous ronflez régulièrement, vous devez en parler à votre médecin. Vous pourriez faire de l'apnée du sommeil qui doit être traitée. Cette bague n'aidera pas dans ce cas.
