Print lying down with the face of creeper up. Need supports. The hardest thing to remove is the support on the hole for the rope. Put a suitable distance on the support to z axis so that it is easier to remove. If you don't want complications, try the version with a ring.

Print lying on its side the hole version can go without supports just with a little low quality on the face.
