I needed some Keystone wall plates with different keystone configurations. These have gotten really expensive at the store, so I went looking on thingiverse. There are others out there, but the ones I've found and tried were not the correct size for the HDMI, Cat5, or Coax keystones. So I modeled some plates that do actually fit those keystones correctly.
