I use the top and mid rows to sound effects (DCSB is the program I use), and the bottom one to discord related stuff. Caps I printed are made on a SLA printer, if you are planing to print dose on a FFF printer, i suggest sticking the icons to the build plate and using a raft and supports.

Disclaimer My design skills are awful, but I know how to modify someones work, so I borrowed some free to use files I will mention here:
