SAFE MECHANISM WITH COMBINATION LOCK ==================== I designed this combination lock in a safe like enclosure.
DOWNLOAD INFORMATION -404-
Please go to Thing Files and download each part separately! It seems like there is a problem with the download of my recent designs. It has to be a thingiverse problem since other experienced that as well. Hope this gets fixed soon, meanwhile use the little workaround that I mentioned before.

Assembly information
For the assembly it is best to build the lever first. Connect the two levers with their short arms and the "safe_leverShaftShort" to the "safe_sled" than put the second "safe_leverShaftShort" through the long arms of the levers. Put the assembly in the "safe_case" and push the "safe_leverShaftLong" with the "safe_leverHandle" on it through the case and the middle hole of the two levers. Push the two "safe_sledRod" through the sled and the holes of the case, they are the locking bolts of the safe. The "safe_disk1" goes with one "safe_spacer" through the case and gehts connected to the "safe_dial". The three pins are inserted in different positions (this creates the combination). "safe_disk2and3" together with the two spacers are going on the "safe_shaft" wich is going to be mounted to the "safe_shaftHolder" with the "safe_shaftHolderBrim". Last step is to insert the shaft holder with the shaft into the slot an the bottom of the case and glue the "safe_indicator" next to the dial in place.
I also uploaded a pdf with some pictures of the assembly which can be found in the Thing Files.
The tolerances used are tight so drilling and sanding may be required in some places.
