It appears to be a heart-shaped CLIP of some kind! Perhaps we can use it as a bookmark, a paperclip, a hair clip, or just as a decoration.

The STL and SCAD files default to a 1mm-thick clip. I haven't actually printed the 1mm version, but I printed a 2mm-thick copy on a Thing-O-Matic (see photos). At 2mm, it was a little too stiff for holding multiple sheets of paper. I'll try a 1mm version next time I'm at the printer.

Thickness and length are tunable in the script or in Customizer.
