Belling cooker knobs

These designs are similar in almost all regards to the original Belling parts:

I have included two versions - over and hob control knobs

The originals Belling knobs do not last (12 months maybe at best in my experience) and are expensive to replace. The plastic used in the “original” knobs is a poor quality, it degrades quickly when exposed to heat (which is a problem for something used on a cooker / oven / hob). Ultimately they become brittle and prone to fracturing.

I created these designs which are intended to be printed in high temperature material.

Note - these must be printed in high temperature material, I have used Nylon Carbon Fibre (eSun PA6-CF) with the following specification:

Melt Flow Index (g/10min) - 270 ℃ Heat Distortion Temperature (℃) - 190 ℃

You could spray painting these knobs with heat resistant paint but I have found the matt black Nylon Carbon looks pretty good without the need for paint.

If you do choose to paint yours then please ensure that you only use a high quality heat resistant paint.
