I designed these small, minimal rollers for my large 10kg spools. This design also allows me to use the same rollers with standard 1kg spools.
They print as one solid piece with no supports, and use six 608-2RS ball bearings per roller.
I later also made some inserts for the ball bearings, so that they would be better centered with the bolt that holds them rather than hanging freely.
